Why should carers join For Better Care?

For Better Care is a new company that stands for better management mode and better revenue. To put it simply, this management model is more like Carers running their own business, in addition to work income, there is also business income, which allows Carers and For Better Care to grow together.

What kind of management model is this?

We call it the three-layer management mode

• First Layer: Carer A' s own work earns the same as any other company.
• Second Layer: Carer A introduces Carer B to join Forbetter Care and will receive 8% of Career B's turnover.
• Third Layer: If Carer B also introduces Carer C to For Better Care, Carer A will receive a 4%of Carer C 's turnover, both Carer B and Carer C can be operated in the same way as Carer A.

How can we grow together?

Every year, we select the top 10 carers and award them with the Regional Outstanding Manager Award, sharing 2% of the total turnover.
